Baa!!!!!

Well after far too long I am finally blogging again. Life has been insane with work and oh EVERYTHING ......lol.

I meant to post this picture weeks ago. I go to a fantastic craft club in Kilcoole once a month and every month there are one or two demos from craft members just sharing their ideas or projects they have seen etc. Well the wonderful Averil came along to club last month and showed us all how to make this cute little sheep. Aren't they gorgeous. This little herd were made by all the members that night. I love the way they all seem to have their own little personality.

Feeling Oriental!!!

I am back from a fab demo today in Inspiring Ideas in Blanchardstown, I even managed to get home with some money left in my pocket..........a bit of a miracle really, every time I go there I just want to buy the place up!

Don't ask me why but I am in an Oriental  mood today. It could be that Hannah is home from her trip to India and is covered in Henna Tattoos!!!! It dosen't really explain the cards as they are not Indian but heck I just felt like showing them anyway!!! lol.

I made these cards last year with Outline Stickers from DoCrafts. I just love the way they turned out. It was hard to photograph them as I kept getting a shine but I think they still look good.

I used white pigment ink sponged over a circle scallop punch out to create the cloudy look to the card below.

Easter Cross

I have been teaching this fold at all my demos for the last couple of months as it works either as a cross or with all the circles the same size it turns into a fab flower. The background is made using the Whimsy Tri-Boss folder from Docrafts. Would look great as a Communion or Confirmation card as well. When I get back from my Holidays I try to grab some time to do up a quick tutorial on the fold for you all :)

I love this shape on a card. It is just a square card with 3cm marked off each edge and then I cut from mark to mark to create this look. The die cut is from XCUT topped with some beautiful decoupage from Docrafts.  This really is quite a simple card but I really love it.

Easter Demo Cards

More Easter cards from demos to share with you today. I think I may make an Easter Egg tomorrow. I managed to get my hands on an Easter Egg Mould from Docrafts Craft Planet Range and I am quickly running out of time to use it. Nikki Smith made a fantastic Easter Egg box in the last Creativity Magazine so I think I am going to give that a go as well. Well I have great plans.............lets see how it goes...........lol

Forever Friends Easter Cards

Well I have been off line for about a week now and I am so happy to be back in my little technology world. Hannah left for India yesterday and within a couple of hours I began to cough, splutter and generally feel rotten! I have had a sofa day today, you know those kind of days where you don't move from the sofa except to eat and drink!!!! We are off for a few days break on Sunday for the first time in 5 years and I am determined that I will be feeling fab for those days away :)

Any how, I thought the next few days would be a good time to show some of my Easter Demo cards.
